We are upgrading our UTILITY BILLING system!
We are transitioning to a new utility billing software system! The new system will provide easier access, enhanced functionality, and a more user-friendly experience.
Please take note of the following during this transition…
- Payments can be made inside the office or left in the night drop.
- Payments can be made by calling the automated number at 1-888-401-3243, or the office at 972-542-1143.
- Due to our transition to a new payment system, AutoPay will not be processed this month. Customers enrolled in AutoPay will need to make a manual payment for this billing cycle. (BANK DRAFT FROM CHECKING WILL NOT BE AFFECTED, AUTO-PAY FROM CREDIT CARD ONLY)
- Late fees will be waived during this transition period.
- You will NOT be able to make payments online until this transition is completed.
- Water bills will now be mailed in envelopes instead of postcards.
